If you like the Seven Springs Resort region specifically, it offers several communities from which to choose. Nestled in the heart of Western Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands, The Villages at Seven Springs is an upscale community of townhomes, condominiums and single-family homes built with every possible amenity. Many of these fine homes are built on the ski slopes at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. That means you can ski out your door and keep on skiing down the mountain. These unique, quality homes are built with comfort and enjoyment in mind, so expect extras like decks with panoramic views and spacious, airy living areas. The Villages at Seven Springs were also built to blend in with the lush, wooded surroundings. The superb construction and design result in marvelous homes built in a dream-like, mountain setting. Pheasant Run is another planned community located at Seven Springs. Careful and thoughtful planning allowed Pheasant Run to meet the stringent requirements of the Department of Environmental Protection permitting process. This tranquil environment has an atmosphere completely unique to the region, where roads were positioned to avoid removing trees. Stream crossings protect the waterways that feed Pheasant Run's ponds, eventually flowing into Jones Mill Run in Forbes State Forest. Living in Seven Springs means being able to take full advantage of the environment – the panoramic views, skiing, golf, swimming, tennis and horseback riding.

Other mountain properties are available, as well, from one to five bedroom condos and townhouses to single family homes and farms. There are many small towns and villages that dot the area surrounding Seven Springs that make a safe, peaceful environment to raise a family or retire. There are also several colleges and universities within 60-minute drive of Fayette County.
